    Note:

    1. All pricing is per piece and based on truckload quantities.
    2. Stipulations on Volume Pricing:
    1. During the First year standard t/l pricing will apply. At the end of the first year any volume levels attained will be credited back to the customer and from that point the actual volume price will be use.
    2. In subsequent years if actual purchases do not at least equal the minimum volume requirements the volume pricing will be removed and the customer charged the appropriate difference.
    3. Items can be combined to achieve a truckload quantity and volume price.
    3. Painted with gray powder coating and punched with 13/32" diameter holes on 1" centers. Options #1 and #3 are available with white powder coating at $.05 each additional. Option #4 is available with white powder coating at $.10 each additional.
    4. Other lengths and angle sizes available upon request.
    5. All weights listed are prior to punching
    6. FOB - Williamsport PA Terms of Sale: ½ of 1% 10 days, Net 30.
    7. Pricing effective April 15, 2004, price in effect at time of shipment will apply.
